Yeah. My parents were both diagnosed with diabetes, so I have to try to watch my own health now. Not long before I changed my diet and went to the gym, I went to buy some new pants. Normally I wore 38", but there were none, so I decided I'd by a 40" and wear it with a belt. To my dismay, I didn't even really need a belt. Now I still have some 38" pants, but I also bought some 36", and was able to wear them all day without any issues. Which is nice.
