So I haven't been tending this thread very regularly. At the fourth meeting of the class two Tuesdays ago I had gained a pound. Yikes. But at the next meeting I'd gone down three pounds. So I put it all in a graph. At first glance it may appear that I'll weigh nothing at all in about 15 weeks but that's only because I started weight scale at 200 pounds. That isn't my target weight for sure but using the simple graph maker I found on line it allows me to show each and every pound, and that helps the graph look more encouraging. I'd love to have the problem of needing to change the vertical scale before the half way point in the year but I won't take that eventuality for granted.
Oh, and I should say these weights are all taken fully dressed and taken in the early evening when the healthy weight class meets. We have a pretty good scale but theirs is better.
