Quick update. At the last class meeting I was disappointed to have stayed put at 215. Today marks one week since the last meeting of my weight class. I've decided to go on doing weekly weigh ins. Our scale is a good one but not as good as the one they had at this class. Also I'm weighing in first thing in the morning, buck naked now. Under these ideal conditions my weight today is 209. So the real test will come in a week when I see how my weight compares under the same conditions and on the same scale. But it does feel good to break the 210 barrier. Next target: <200 .. hopefully before GoT starts back up.
