Honestly, I don't have my data with me. It's all held by the SDSU departmentt of Exercise and Nutritional Science, for which I am a PT lab rat, but I do know that I am 4 pounds down from the close of fall semester (I am doing a short winter intersession at SDSU). During the off period, I tend to spike upwards, so I am very relieved. I just need to maintain that momentum. 

Key word: momentum.
