So I've started the same class as last year again. I started the first meeting at 205 pounds. Second week I hit 201 and yesterday at the third meeting I finally hit 199 .. fully clothed of course. Naked I look much better -on the scale dial at least.
In the first week I tracked every calorie in every meal and snack. Midway through the second week I just got tired of it and winged it. I've decided that this week I'll track all snacks and dinner. I should continue to lose 2 lbs a week if I come in at 1910 calories a day. My breakfasts and lunches are so routine that I can just assume breakfast will be about 420 calories and lunch will be just under 500. So that leaves 990 calories for dinner and snacks so that is all I'm tracking.
Tonight for dinner we each had a quarter pound of steak, a v. small glass of red wine, a half cup of quinoa and brown rice, a cup of steamed Brussels sprouts and a piece of mango Mochi ice cream for dessert = 537 calories. Throw in another 433 calories in snacks and I'm at 970 calories out of the 990 allowable.
