I lost 40 lbs last year, want to lose 20 more but it's really hard right now. I have cut out eating sweets for the most part, still snag one here and there very rarely, but usually substitute a banana or apple for cookies, snack cakes, or candy. I need to get more strict with myself about my carb intake, eating a low carb diet now but my weight just keeps fluctuating but not dropping. If I totally eliminated carbs I could probably do it, but that's very hard to do. But at least I'm not putting the weight I lost back on, but I do have a little more flab I can lose.
Well, at least when the weather warms up I can get out and ride my bike more. I have a trainer set up so I can ride it indoors like an exercise bike, but it's just not quite as fun as actually riding outside and going somewhere. I normally ride 10 miles every morning and then do longer trips on the weekends, and this year I hope to do my first century (100 mile ride).
