192 pounds while weighing in fully clothed at this past Tuesday night's class. One more class meeting to go .. and about 20 more pounds. Think I'll check my nekid weight too. That should cheer me up. 188.5 baby! Been a long time since I was 180-anything.
Strategy-wise I've stopped recording what I eat. I just know what things cost calorie-wise, keep portions smaller and cut out all un-need snacks. Snacks based on real hunger and/or delayed meals are okay. Once I get to the target weight, maintenance will just involve moderating recreational snacking and monitoring portion size. That seems to get it done.
