What food discoveries have you made recently?
It can be good or bad. :-)
Hm, interesting.
Maple syrup on scrambled eggs and bacon was pretty good when I tried it.
The other day I made a regular Mexican burrito (with black beans, cilantro rice, pico, and cheese) except I used shredded bbq brisket instead of the traditional meats, and that was delicious.
...Can't really think of anything else right now.
Oh, pizza with goat cheese as the spread, caramelized onions on top, a drizzle of balsamic reduction, and topped with fresh basil leaves. Amazing. But it was a recipe I found, not my own creation.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
