Fixed lunch. In trying to eat healthier, I've prepared a salad consisting of romaine lettuce, exotic tomatoes (meaning not local and they don't look normal), Asiago cheese, black olives, avocado with a spritz of lime on the pieces, shredded chicken breasts and some light ranch dressing on the chicken, then added to the rest of the salad (so I don't drown the salad in dressing).
So far, I'm liking it.
