Rep The Poster Above You

This was a really good idea to help people rep people they've been wanting to rep but didn't realize they'd missed. Let's keep this thread going.

Ah... I thought this thread had gone down like a lead balloon but maybe a better idea is to change it to "Rep A Poster Above You" so that the thread's continuation/bumping is not reliant just on the last person to post; eg if someone with a lot of rep is the last person to post, then people looking at the thread from outside and seeing them as last might not look in if they'd already repped them... so the more repped the last person to post is, the less likely it is for the thread to be bumped. But if it's rep A poster above you then it doesn't matter who the last person to post is, and instead it becomes more like a bunch of mini-threads within a thread... different branches of conversation as it were. What do you think?

In that case Losty, don't suppose you could edit the title of the thread for me and change it from 'The' to 'A'? I can't do it cos it's long out of the edit window.
