Bons, who you met in post #293, arrived today from Guadalajara.
As you can see our amigos in Mexico did a good job putting some weight on him and he is resting comfortably with his new foster mom. The wound on his leg does not look much better. The bandage on his back leg has slipped down but our transporters and the foster have re-dressed the wound and covered it with a sock.... which I am sure sometime tonight he will diligently work at tearing off. He has a vet appointment on Monday at noon that I'll be attending since our vet volunteer for that hospital is off a cruise in the North Sea.
Anyway, we'll see what his new vet wants to do about that sore. He probably keeps licking it which keeps it red. Brat.
