Heidi being the alpha bitch. Always has to be out front. It's the same with Lexy, only with less courage. She needs Nico's support in some situations.

Isn't Nico Lexy's dad? Is she actually dominant over him now? That would surprise me.

In the beginning she seemed relieved to be Fletcher's second in command and he really enjoyed being alpha. For him it was great sport to walk up to the dominant dog in a group and give him a stare down, but he was no fighter. Eventually she did see through his bluff and what she lacked in gamesmanship she made up with big time bitch face when pissed. But they did enjoy each others company for sure. This was within a day or two of his dying.
