Went to pick up the new pup today. She is going to be a handful! Her name is Harley. She is currently asleep on husband's chest. The ride home was pretty uneventful till about 15 minutes from home she was real squirmy. I put her in the crate and she proceeded to poop, a lot, and try to bury in the blanket like a cat in a litter box. So, a quick bath was needed upon arriving home. The boys are not sure what to think of her and the cat simply doesn't care. She romps around unafraid, with tail wagging like crazy.
I tried to give her some food that they gave us, and she ate a few bites then went to the big boys' bowls. After that, they really don't know what to think. It's going to be hectic around here for a while.
To the vet on Monday to get her checked and get moving with shots and such.
