We were a bit worried about Quinn late yesterday...even skipped going to daughter's house for leftovers because of it.
He woke up and was a little shaky and was favoring his right front leg. He didn't seem to have a particular spot that was hurting as I squeezed from paw to shoulder and bent all joints.
In an attempt to give him a doggy pain pill glued with peanut butter to a treat, he bit through it and dropped part with the puppy immediately scooped up. Luckily I had only tried to give him 3/4 of a pill. I also had another half pill so I managed to get that in him. At most he had a dose and a quarter. Surely not toxic. After a bit he ate a little, slept like a log through the night and seems okay today.
If the pup managed to get any of the medication it sure didn't slow her down one bit. I need to let the vet know when I take her to get spayed that she may need a little extra to calm the ADHD.
Glad all the furry peeps seem to be fine today.
