Mine: It's anti-intellectual. -- It discourages and disparages intellectual curiosity.
In my experience, I’ve never found that to be the case. I’ve heard of some who behave that way, but many do not as well.
Don't you have any gripes about religion, RR? It's okay if you do. Even Jesus turned over a table or two every once in a while.
