I feel like the OP was trying to create a slippery slope, he really wants to show anal sex is harmful so he can say homosexuality is harmful, just my opinion.
If you don't have the information to make informed choices you are heading for a fall. If the information is available and you don't use it shame on you. If you never get that information, shame on me. (Several of my classmates in high school dropped out because of "expanding waistline syndrome." My sister was the first one at that school to graduate with the condition. She refused demands to withdraw and the establishment backed down. From that date forward more women got their high school diplomas.
