Here in Portugal, there are free ranges for fighting bulls and cows. They are not bred for meat, lets say that in 1 year a limousine calf is ready for slaughter, and gives quality meat, while fighting bulls need 4 years and their meat isn't that great. They are used exclusively for bullfights.
I was 5 yo when my dad put me fighting a little fighting calf. I was immediately addicted to the adrenalin of that. Nothing like grabbing a bull by its horns, looking it in the eyes while taking the charge.
I have my share of broken ribs from that. It is an honourable animal and a risky hobby.. Forcados (those guys in the video) are all amateur, no professional forcados exist. There was this famous forcado that failing a "pega de caras" (grab by the horns), the bull stuck a horn up his arse and lifted him in the air. That counts as rough anal sex, I suppose
