I gave up on CVS years ago. The place I use is not the most convenient since it doesn't have a drive thru...but they are pretty damned efficient. I am hoping that too many people don't find that out.
I had switched from CVS to a major grocery chain who eventually became as bad. Now am with a much smaller grocery/pharmacy chain and they seem to have their shit together.
We'd love to get away from CVS now, insurance managed care says nope. Up until covid we had no problems.
