You moan about how food is contaminated or you can't exercise because you hurt yourself, it is all just petty reasons to put off actually doing something about your health.
You *know* smoking is bad for you (how could it not be?) but you will find little reasons to have another quick puff ("I'll stop this weekend", "I'll just finish this packet" etc).
Same goes for food. You *know* what is healthy to eat (and its not pie & chips) but you put aside the big problems and pick at the small ones "I can't tell if this salad has a bit of lard in it, I'll just have sausage, mash and gravy.".
There is only one person who can help change your health for the better and that's you.
