There's a huge problem with your little hypothesis. Food is so processed I wouldn't be suprised if I bought a salad and there was a lump of lard in the centre of it. Unless you get something straight from the farm it's been pumped full of chemicals.
Then there's "you must eat 20 grams of bread" or something like that.
Every onze has to be eaten at an exact time.
Then theres exercise. That's even worse. People keep saying you must do 20 minutes of *this* and 30 minutes of *that* then rest for 5 minutes, then do an hour of *this*
I don't do warm ups. I don't care if it's going to cause damage, that's my problem. I kept getting hassle from people when I was weight lifting because I wasn't doing it right. Just gimme the fucking weights and leave me be.
That's what I hate about this, people overly complicate something inhearently simple. They feed you bullshit, then you get given more bullshit from people who actually know what they're talking about but you pass it off for bullshit anyway.
