I fail to see how teacher-led chants to Aztec gods is different from teacher led Christian prayer. Not only is it obviously a violation of the establishment clause, it's intended as an attack on the history & traditions of the American state. The American government is of course completely in favour of this attack on itself, because the leaders are more interested in pleasing their paymasters in the multinational corporations than upholding the American state.
