An Introductory

Hello my fellow atheists and theists cousins, TJ here. For some who may remember I used to go by the name Ayen or ToriJ (can't remember which). I was unable to remember my username/password combination and I can't access my old email now since I'm on a different device and my security question is something I no longer have access to, so I find myself forced to create a new account. If you have any way you can merge the old account with this one then I have no objection.

For those who don't know, or don't remember me. My name is Tom Jobe, hence the initials. I've been using message boards since 2005. I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, television, anime, reading books, comic books, manga, and being creative. I'm the author of several book projects I have planned and I also run my own YouTube channel called "TJ's Reviews" where I do comedy reviews and let's plays of old video games.

Growing up I was raised Christian. According to my mother I accepted Jesus into my heart at the age of five. I've gone to church pretty much my whole upbringing and didn't stop until 2008 when the church I was going to couldn't talk about anything else besides how evil Muslims and Barack Obama were, so I stopped going, and out of respect for the fact I was 18 at this point my dad stopped forcing me to go. I started to question my basic beliefs and eventually became an atheist.

I'm not really here to debate with theists. I see no point in it anymore. Neither side is going to budge. I'm just here to converse with fellow atheists as I find so few of them where I live (I currently reside in Topeka, but am from Kansas City, KS) and to talk about anything else under the sun.
