Fact - dumbass was a dumbass - and the cop tried to take this guy down - rightly so ...(it' s standard procedure for anyone who fails to follow lawful orders of a police officer) .... Compliance is not optional.

I don’t for one minute dispute that some people are calling this an execution (I even mentioned a few). I think doing so is premature - the most it can be called right now is an extra-judicial killing.
