I want to help my friend, but is it too late?

I'm not sure but it sounds like you have some feelings for this girl and you can't accept her as she is, just saying. If this is so her family most likely would discourage this and it can make for a difficult relationship.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Don't try and de-convert someone - they'll only hate you for it, and become more certain of their belief. Look at what happens when a theist tries to convert us.

The problem, Pad is that we really don't have enough information in the OP. We don't know if the xtian is an obnoxious twat ( like, oh, let's make up a name....G-C) who is always pushing her bullshit or not.
Most true believers can't seem to resist sprinkling jesus dust around. If she's not one of those, I would agree with you. Private, personal beliefs should be respected.
