I'd love to live on the high, rocky mountains away from humanity, but there is no place like home. If I were to live alone, I'd need:

-stealth technology applied to my home and everything!
-weapons [precaution.]
-medical supplies
-self-sustaining farm
-self-sustaining electricity [solar cells, R.T.G]
-endless books of knowledge
-laboratory
-industry
-a computer to address internet without assistance of I.P. address means.
-immortality, if there is one, lol.

I've written this before, so I'll just repost it.

I'm always on the lookout for some place I would want to live if life in America becomes intolerable enough that I have to expat myself; currently I'm torn between several possibilities
a)Toronto (which is apparently close enough to Chicago that even Hollywood doesn't seem able to tell the difference)
b) somewhere in the Basque Country (I'm not entirely sure why, but I think it has something to do with Trevanian's Shibumi)
c) Russia (I know damn well that it's little better now than it was when the communists were in power; I'd choose it because, from what I've seen, there's a lot of attractive girls who like to go barefoot, and even in the winter, no less)
d) Germany (Probably Dresden, the city of Schopenhauer, but there's no part that really turns me off; at least I can speak the language, somewhat)
