Then tell me how we can see 45 billion light years away whe the universe is supposedly 13.72 billion years old?
Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war's desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav'n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: "In God is our trust."
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

RE: Christianity and the 10 Commandments
Quote: The age of the universe is about 13.75 billion years, but due to the expansion of space we are observing objects that were originally much closer but are now considerably farther away (as defined in terms of cosmological proper distance, which is equal to the comoving distance at the present time) than a static 13.75 billion light-years distance.[2] The diameter of the observable universe is estimated to be about 28 billion parsecs (93 billion light-years),[3] putting the edge of the observable universe at about 46–47 billion light-years away.[4][5]

Next question?

Since you are clearly either too lazy or too stupid to find the answers yourself.

P.s nothing else to say on carbon 14?

And I'm sure later on many theories today about evolution will be proved wrong as well and you will be considered ignorant BUT remember, right not you're not. My mind is open to many things but I understand the limitations of science. I also understand the difference between science and history which evolutionists fail to understand. Because I don't except their history story of times that were prehistoric means I'm ignorant? I believe you are mistaken.

This type of nonsensical drivel is precisely why you get snarky, sarcastic replies.

Ok so according to the source we can observe what is known as the observable universe because "it has had time to reach us." so it has had 45 billion years to reach us? That's inconsistent.
And one more thing. I would appreciate some respect for this discussion. I don't call all of you idiots when you get a bible or scientific fact wrong. I expect the same curtisy.

Why? Is it not true? Oh and I meant right now where I said right not you're not.

I never met a Pan Troglodyte that could read and judging by your response, you tried and failed. As I keep telling you, let your mommy read it to you.

The truth of your paragraph is lacking, but that's not the issue. The issue is your thoughts are incoherent, sloppy regurgitations of YEC arguments, and your sentences devolve into the nonsensical. It get the feeling when I read your posts that your desperately trying to repeat what your pastor told you earlier.

Come up with an articulate, well thought argument that doesn't come only from the bible

You also appear to have problems with basic comprehension, the article quite clearly says that the universe appears to us now as it was 13.75 billion years ago.It has expanded since then. Or have you forgotten that it takes time for light to reach us?

Since you have absolutely no knowledge of the subject and you refuse to learn anything about it (preferring to spew out creationist lies and distortions) respect will be very hard to come by here grasshopper.

Oh it doesn't say that? Oh I guess the fist sentence doesn't count.. Read it yourself and see what it says. Those exact words are in there.
