Just a minor correction to your description of my beliefs. I don't believe there is a "freedom" to equal pay or employment. This is a manufactured "right" from the left, which undermines the entire idea of the "free" market.

Not all positive rights are bad; but certainly no positive right should outweigh negative (natural) rights. Maybe this is a discussion for another day though.
