I wasn't around to see what happened in the shoutbox. What did he do, if I may ask?

Oddly enough I replied to one of his comments earlier on and didn't even notice he'd been banned.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

He was warned (verbally) each time he posted pornography. The second (or maybe third time) he got pissed at me, said I was abusing my power, and continued to fling insults around. Due to my involvement in the issue, I asked the rest of the staff to make a decision instead. thesummerqueen gave him a warning, and he insulted her via PM, at which point we decided to ban him for a month.
