Good luck with him, it sounds like he is confused about his beliefs. Ask yourself what percentage of the time you spend with him is happy and if that percentage is less than 70 you should reevaluate the relationship. This is the only life we get, why be unhappy.

If his behaviour has suddenly changed then naybe he's being a dick on purpose.
