Did I say I kick self-esteem into teenage girls? Did I say it didn't stick? Nope. I don't fucking think I did.

I counsel them about all sorts of things, and then in group session we talk about self-esteem, and I teach the girls about empowerment, and give them the tools they need to improve their self-esteem. We call it self-esteem boot camp because it's a 12 week program and then many of the girls stay on as volunteer mentors for girls even younger. It's a positive, beautiful program. So you can probably just stfu now.

You said you do 'bootcamps' for teenage girls with low self-esteem.

Somehow I have a feeling you haven't a clue what a 'bootcamp' is.

Colloquially that is called a 'bootcamp' because recruits literally get kicked, booted, around. In 'bootcamp' you learn the hard way.
