JESUS CHRIST: Myth or Historical Person?
|
Quote:The additions I made to it include my take on the ulterior motive of people who go out of their way to attack Jesus' historicity. Ulterior motives aside...there remains no fucking evidence for your miracle working godboy from the early first century AD. As Stim notes, you can hem and haw and assert that people who point out facts have ulterior motives...but right now you look like any other bible-thumping shithead who shows up here.
Ulterior motives are irrelevant here. We could hate Jesus with all our hearts and sing songs about how wonderful it would be if he never existed, and it still does not affect our arguments. You have to deal with our arguments, not our motives.

She apparently forgets to realize that she also has an ulterior motive as well. Calling someone out for having an agenda reeks of desperation. Quote:She Really? I must have missed that. Not that it changes the facts. Female fundies are just as fucked up as male ones.
It certainly doesn't change how I treat her posts. I can only go by what people choose to present and I can't say I've been impressed so far. To be fair, I did throw her the fundy equivalent of the Kirk Manoeuvre - a question that can't be resolved without either conceding the point or blowing a fuse. Her programming won't allow her the flexibility to do the former; result, a cloud of smoke and bits of fundy brain all over the place. Sorry about the mess.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I wasn't interested enough to do any research, Pap. Didn't seem as if we were destined to become great pals.

Meh, I could still care less. Was just a little surprised to read "she" so I plugged it into google. It's on a bunch of forums....
ETA: Unless it's hot and owns it's own ball gag. ETAA: Nah, still couldn't care less....

I thought it was pretty obvious what her gender was by her avatar. Are you people blind?
