I consider transsexual women to be women for all intensive purposes. Because while they were born with male bodies, their brains are wired like that of genetic females.

In answer to the question posed in the first post, to be honest I would not have sex with a transsexual woman. Then again I desired to have sex with very few genetic females since I lost my virginity and my sex drive is lower than a lot of other men for some reason.
