It's a statement that doesn't require belief Vinny. The adoption of any given law does not make that law rationally justifiable by brute force of it's adoption. Focus Vinny, we're having a discussion about law. Law, not what is moral, not what is "good", not what is rationally justifiable, but what is legal (and in this case, how it might become so).
