I watched some vids about DMT too and I must say it's amazing stuff and I think goes a long way to explaining at least the 4 minute NDEs. But what about people who come back after longer periods of being "dead"?

When I mentioned "good counter-evidence" I really meant stuff like evidence for Jesus (which a lot of atheists I know (certainly not everyone - every atheist is different, ofc) don't even seem to want to learn about at all, they just push it away!) and NDEs (again, a lot of people push them away before even really knowing what things like DMT and hypoxia ARE... lol).

I am fascinated by religion. I spent 12 years of my life studying it at school, I've read the Bible, I've got the Koran on my Kindle (I plan to read it next), I've read over half the books about christianity held at my local library and many other books about various religions.

So yeah, I would be very very interested in the evidence you say you have for Jesus. I have looked for some myself, and not found anything besides hearsay.

Did you know that the human mind becomes extremely active just before death?
In fact it becomes very active in any situation that causes a rush of adrenaline.

Do you fear death by any chance? Like when you look at a grave and know that one day, you'll be down there too. I mean, I can understand if you do but what I can say to give you a sense of comfort is that you won't even be aware that you're dead. Just like being asleep, except no dreaming and no waking up.

Woah, wait. Who are these people who have been dead for a long time, then came back? If you are talking about people waking up in morgues, there are well documented and verified cases of a rare form of cataplexy, which leaves the sufferer appearing as though dead. Some of these people have experienced multiple occurrences; however, for most it is a one off.

As for DMT, you really should try it. Make sure you're with an experienced user, though.
