I shall keep that in mind for future posts. I can see how it could and probably should be construed as being self congratulatory. I simply couldn't help it. I honestly made myself laugh out loud by writing that. I didn't even mean to, I was just trying to be crass and instead it came out funnier than shit. I do apologize for the use of the emoticon though. Thanks for finding my post so amusing by the way.

For fuck's sake, don't apologize. My point was that despite my lack of affection for emoticons (I do understand their use), yours was well placed. Funnier than shit doesn't describe it. Now that my bladder is empty I am simply blow drying my hair.

Oh no, I know, I just actually tend to agree with you on the use of emoticons, so that's why I was apologizing. I'm still laughing over here every time I think about that though. I guess I should stay up late and reply to shit online more often. And to think, just yesterday I was telling myself I need to spend less time online and get more important things taken care of.

Yeah, there wasn't really more to it than that. I just put that in there as part of the joke I was making. Trust me I very rarely worry about offending people. Though that time I honestly did slow down and wonder if it was appropriate. Apparently it was a good idea to just go ahead and post it.
