How in the hell did you get that I would not give a true friend a kidney from I won't give up a body part for a million dollars? I kind of assumed you meant an arm or something else like that you need to function as opposed to a kidney or something you have a spare of. Seemed kind of obvious. I don't care how good a friend someone is, they're not getting my arm. -.-
I think I'd part with one of my eyes. Not that I don't like my eyes but it'd be a win-win for me, I'd get a million pounds and an excuse to wear an eye patch.

Yeah, I thought it was kind of obvious too, given that the question didn't have anything to do with donating organs to a friend.
Oh I wouldn't want to lose an eye either but think of the benefits.
You can wear this rather dashing accessory without fear of being ridiculed AND when you meet the inevitable person who goes:
"Oh shut up, you still have both your eyes." you'll get to witness the spectacle of them running away screaming when they move your eyepatch to see nothing but an empty socket.
Also you could use part of that million to invest part of your new found wealth in a company researching replacement bionic eyes thereby not only increasing your wealth when they make a breakthrough but making you first inline to receive all the benefits of that research.

1) Abandon a friend/family member when they are in need
2) Kill an animal (humans included)
2) Eat meat
4) Give up scientific study and my intellect in general because knowlage is dear to me
5) Pray
6) Sell my body for prostitution
7) Move someplace hot
That's all I can think of.
You can't ignore the people who disagree and pretend it makes you right.
