Crumbling under the stress of it all..

RE: Crumbling under the stress of it all..
Watch a good movie. I just got Dog Day Afternoon and I'm watching it now.
Either that or go to a quiet room and masturbate.
These are two things that help me relax.

Zone myself into something. Video games, sex, hula hooping, music, movies, food, whatever. Then I focus on it and little/nothing else. If you are not absorbed enough to completely ignore what's on your mind, then you need to either find something more engaging or attempt further zonage via additional activity.

Good luck. Smile

My two cents:

1. Breathe. When I am on the verge of flipping out, I tend to breathe with the same technique used in yoga. For some breaths I collect my thoughts an just focus on sucking oxygen, that usually wards off some of the anxiety.

2. Don't think of all of your problems at once. If every problem is represented by a strand of yarn and the situation at hand is a tangled mess, pick one of the strands at the time and work little by little to untangle the ball.

3. Ask for help, vent your feelings.

Unfortunately I cannot do anything to relieve your stress, but to *hug!* you and wish you good luck. I'm sure you've done most of the situation and worked hard to make it better, but now it's up to others.
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Alei, I didn't want my post in an agressive stance, it isn'tt. As to ilicit drugs the most harmfull is legal while others are kept illegal. My point is that sedating yourself won't accomplish nothing but a brief relief. Whatever the strife you are into. it wont solve enything.

Good point, I mean look at codeine.
Horrible side-effects, horrible addiction, horrible withdrawals.
Perfectly legal.

Can one up that:

Krokodil -- made from codeine and gasoline.

Rots you from the inside out. I suspect that the impurities act as a luekocyte toxin, leaving you to be eaten alive by all living single and multicellular creatures.

lmao I'm sorry but I love that.
Somewhere out there junkies are choosing Krokodil over plain old codeine or morphine.
They've gone "Well I like codeine but I don't know... I just feel its missing that little bit of danger..."

"Well we've got basically the same thing mixed with gasoline. This shit will eat you inside out."

"Perfect! How much?"

And its happened so much they've had to give it a catchy slang name.
I mean I get its more powerful but wow, thats so amazingly stupid I think I might of just climaxed.
