Don't title it as a question, questions tend not to have the same impact as a statement. Start the statement with LG electronics as it will tend to come up in searches better. A title which is obviously derogatory will not be as effective because it will only appeal to those who already don't like the company. The most effective title would be on the lines of 'LG electronics word' Which tells the viewer what the video is about but does not give away the conclusion.
This will upset the company more because it would be more likely to be looked at by people looking up the company before making a purchase.

Me personally, I stick with Samsung across the board for home electronics.

I've got a Samsung 1080p plasma in the living room that's been nothing but awesome for the last 3 years. I'd buy another for sure.

Also have a Vizio 32" 1080p LCD in the bedroom that was dirt cheap (on sale for US$269) and does what it's supposed to.

I'm not exactly a brand loyalist - things change (e.g. I would not touch an HP consumer product with a ten-foot pole any more, and they used to make pretty solid shit).

I don't generally buy bleeding edge stuff, and once a product has been on the market awhile, consumer reviews can be useful to find out which are the ones to avoid (if a product has few reviews, or an unusually high number of negative reviews, I stay away).

What with a lot of companies using consumers as unwitting beta testers, you really roll your dice and take your chances, all else being equal. Knowing who does and does not take care of their customers is highly useful. Looks like LG is on the "avoid" list unless it turns out to be a mistake and they make it right for Pad.

Au contraire; I have been using LG products for a decade.(DVD players mainly) My first plasma was an LG. It is now 5 years old and still works fine. (I gave it to my sister)

I have no beef with the product;the fault turned out to be minor,which could happen to any set. My complaint is with the company,for not meeting its obligations*,and for what seems to be unethical and probably illegal behavior.THAT is why I will make my video venting my spleen.

*My perception, and that of our consumer watchdog (which has no actual power) is that LG is in breech of our consumer legislation. I explained that to LG,and they simply ignored it,giving the impression they were doing me a favour. I suspect LG management is a bit out of touch about the power of social media.


I would not have become so angry had they not first agreed to pay for parts.

I have a Samsung 50" plasma in my bedroom.Full HD,3D, with internet. I've had it a year and love it. (cost $1200)


Also had a 32" sharp Aquus LCD; lasted 3 years.

In comparison, I have a Samsung DVD that is 9 or 10 years old. A Samsung TV that is 6 years and I love my Samsung phone.

QFT. Yet, somehow they both manage to stay afloat (overlooking GM's "too big to fail" bailout for the moment). Every big manufacturer is going to put out a turd every once in awhile. Sometimes it's a single unit, sometimes it's the whole model line.
