What I'd really like to know is how in the hell a rapist manages to find the time and handpower to put on a condom. You'd think the victims would use the opportunity to escape. I'm not trying to denigrate any victims here; I just want to know that would work.

Yeah, you see what happened is he took some Viagra so he'd remain stiff for a while, pre-emptively put a torn condom on and then did a good old fashioned home invasion.
Not really sure why he'd deliberately rip the condom as claimed by one victim. I mean if the whole point is to prevent DNA evidence then what purpose does that serve? Infact, why the hell would he leave it there if this wasn't consensual? What? Hes clever enough to hack into almost every government database there is but the concept of incriminating evidence just happened to slip him by? Oh and then theres the issue of there actually being no DNA evidence on the condoms whatsoever.

That just sounds really difficult and it sounds like someone could milk some dark comedy out of the frustrations that would have to occur.

Maybe if he put her in a forearm choke or kneecapped her, it would be possible to use both hands.

Options:

1: Have it unwrapped and ready to go already.
2: Beat the victim until their fight has left them.
3: Tie the victim up (optional: gag them too).
4: Coerce the target into submitting without (much of?) a fight.
5: Kidnap the target and take them somewhere unfamiliar, deserted, and perhaps confined.
6: If one enjoys the fight, then let them attempt to fight it. The aggressor should win, no?
7: Fillet them emotionally to shake them to the point that the fight is only blind lashing out.
8: Drug them/ze old chloroform. Easy target, and depending on how it's done they might not recognize you. Even better time to use a condom, since there can likely be no allegation made. At the least... I know one of the first things I'd do is shower.
9: Pay off her roommate/caretaker/parents/guardians/friends or otherwise obtain their trust... and then abuse that to easily get to the target in a place he/she can't run from.

I really don't know why you wouldn't unless you just dislike them. Easy evidence erasing, no passing STIs between aggressor and target, easily disposable, excellent lubrication, can fuck them in the ass easily, don't feel as bad about fucking them during their menstrual cycle... etc
