Yah! Stay motivated. Myself, I've been a lazy shit for the last couple weeks, but pretty soon I start rock climbing full-time again. Maybe I'll use your thread to stay motivated until then.

I think another way I keep motivated is by keeping a record of my exercising. That way I can increase my goals in small increments and see the improvement on record.

There's a great site for this called Fitocracy.
You can record your workouts and it tracks your progress, and it's also a great community with lots of people to motivate you.

I worked out my shoulders and back today. And then I ran 25 minutes at 7.5 miles per hour. I didn't run yesterday cause my legs were still sore from the gym.

I worked my right shoulder... by lifting a can of red bull to my lips repeatedly. Then I typed this message.

I recently gave up smoking and started running daily. Sadly, I fucked up my knee, was forced by boyfriend to stop running until it was better, then needed oral surgery, so I had to stop running anyway. A few more days and I will back at it. I also do yoga, cool down stretch, occasional calisthenics and occasional boxing/kickboxing.

Don't run daily. You need to give your body time to recover after every run.

A little bit lazy today. Worked our arms and ran only 15 minutes at 7.6 miles per hour.
