I think another way I keep motivated is by keeping a record of my exercising. That way I can increase my goals in small increments and see the improvement on record.

I worked out my shoulders and back today. And then I ran 25 minutes at 7.5 miles per hour. I didn't run yesterday cause my legs were still sore from the gym.

I worked my right shoulder... by lifting a can of red bull to my lips repeatedly. Then I typed this message.

I recently gave up smoking and started running daily. Don't run daily. You need to give your body time to recover after every run.

I did 2 miles in 35 min. on the elliptical today. First day back in a few months... My poor lungs...

A little bit lazy today. Worked our arms and ran only 15 minutes at 7.6 miles per hour.
