Welcome af.com refugee. Getting banned here is difficult, but not impossible. Do be careful.

I actually made a post somewhere here about banning overall on any website based on subject, and I find in general all the atheist sites, this one and that one, there is not a rash of kneejerk bans on any atheist site that I can see.

I think it takes alot for anyone to get banned on most atheist websites.

Generally speaking, I think this (the bolded part) is true. It's harder to get banned here than on some sites. Some sites give mods authority to act autonomously.

Our policy here is that nobody gets banned (or even warned) here on the authority of a single staff member, with the exception of things like spammers and sock accounts of people that have already been banned.

@OP - read your last hundred or so posts on AF.com (I'm an occasional poster there). Honestly, I can't imagine why they would have banned you. Derp.

I hang out there too. I doubt mere dissagreement got you banned. If that was the case I would have been banned here etc etc etc....

Nah I'm not complaining about being banned, it's their website they can do whatever they want, if I really cared enough I would just reset my IP.

All I'm commenting on is how the people at AF.com prides themselves on being open-minded and tolerant but will suspend me all because I said that "Muslims are subhuman vermin who should be exterminated en masse" or "trans-faggots are vile caricatures and science-experiments-gone-wrong."

It got to the point where literally every user on the forum hated me, even new users I've never talked to before. They would jump on the NP hate-bandwagon and constantly harass me, even the mods called me "bigot" and insulted me to my face, said I "had no friends" or treated me like a doormat.

The hypocrisy makes me want to throw up.

The admins there used to piss me off. I got into a discussion with one of them about objective morals where I proposed a hypothetical situation. Prior to this question this admin kept identifying himself as a moral relativist, but to be able to try and debunk my situation he would leap to a utilitarian framework. I saw what he was doing from a mile away and kept calling him out on it, but eventually he just locked the thread and later on deleted it.

That place is run by tyrants.

I've been posting there for some time now, and I've been the exact same I as I'm here, and I did not receive a ban for being me.
You must have acted in such a way for them to ban you permanently.
I.E. you're either a very bad troll, or you posted nudity or etc.
