Sunshine, snow, rain or...?

I hate snow, probably because driving during winter on the winding european streets is a nightmare and that shit mix of water, dogshit, loose chippings, snow, ice and piss, which we call "gatsch" (translates into slime) - and which you can find on every sidewalk throughout winter - drives me into madness!
The thought of moving to southern France, Portugal or Spain has probably been in everyones mind who had to drive on an icy road.

Had to Google... Why can't America just switch to Celsius? Everyone else uses it? But I agree, I like it cool to cold :-)

I chose thunderstorms, but need to be more precise. I absolutely dig the moments before the storm actually reaches my location: the blast of cooler air, the ominous skyline, the cacophany striving for its crescendo, magnificent light show, just the all around excitement that preceeds the impending violence.

My absolute favorite is when the storm is isolated and passing within two or three miles at dusk. Hours of entertainment without the rain.
