Do you think that ridicule can change religious faith? However rare logic will change faith-based belief into non-faith-based belief I think that ridiculing religious believers might even make their faith stronger... if you piss them off they might fight back harder. I doubt that they will get upset enough to react with something like "I guess since the atheist made me this sad I'm probably wrong, there probably isn't a god after all", I bet they're more likely to react with something like "The atheist is trying to piss me off because he is against God. Atheist hostility against God itself is just further proof of God. Now my faith is even stronger."
I think that it can be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
For entertainment purposes I see no problem, but if you're trying to change anyone's mind's here I doubt that it will work.

Nope.....but it does get them to parody themselves....and I like to pretend that irony is never lost on anyone. It helps me sleep at night. Laying aside the strangeness of the statement "changing ones mind"......no, that's not really something I worry about Doubt.
