A sad attempt at avoiding the issue which remains if you have a gun on you had best be prepared to use it because...in the unlikely event you run into an actual "criminal" he will have pre-selected you as a potential victim and will have his own gun out.

Of course, if what you really want to do is wave your gun around in public so you feel like a hero that is generally considered "Menacing" under state law and has serious repercussions.
