I have a brother with OCD and it's given me a better idea on how OCD is different in real life from what you see depicted in movies or on television. He was never that into keeping his personal space clean (in fact, growing up, his room was usually kinda a mess) but he had other traits and the anxiety, yeah, that was undoubtedly there.
