Hey you people out there it was a joke. Cant believe it was taken seriously by some!! I've got more if anyone would like to read them?

To be brutally honest Brian my comment was simply based on the fact that every thread you've started except for your intro has had an anti-Islamic focus. As far as I can tell you aren't a Muslim or an ex so that does tend to make you seem rather bigoted (you may not be but that's the impression your threads give).

I suppose it would but as most of us are ex-Christians it would probably be less noticeable.

I just find it humorous that christianphobia complete with bigoted opinions doesn't raise an eyebrow yet even hint at a little ....phobia or bigotry to any other group and you risk the ban stick.

Dotard ... be fair, we DON'T just talk about Christians! We talk about lots of things but the only ones who really come here ARE Christian and we are mostly ex-Christian so we fight what we know BUT we ALSO talk about many other things. The point I made about Brian was that EVERY thread he had started APART from his intro was focussed on his antagonism to Islam.

To give you an example I did a search on threads I had initiated and (in the first 10 pages of posts I had been in ... I wasn't about to go through all 37) I found 22 threads I had initiated; 10 focussed on religion, 12 on non-religion and in the religion ones 8 focused on Christianity and 2 on Islam ..., now given that this is an atheism community I think that's fairly balanced.

Personally I think my comment (and I think you were unfair to raise "the ban stick" because I never mentioned it) that Brian's focus on Islam does make him look rather bigoted was spot-on.
