This line of thinking might have meant something for me, except that I used to be a Christian and I was as sincere as fuck when I prayed. All I wanted was a little comfort, but in the end, I got more of that from a teddy bear than any god.

And just imagine if that Teddy Bear was divine.

*mind blown*

God is very gracious, and will often answer a prayer for proof of his existance if we are genuine in wanting to know how we should live our lives. That said I don't believe God does, or has to answer ever request we make. I have found out from my personal walk with God that he answers some of my prayers very very clearly so I can not doubt the answer has come from God. Other times I will try the same prayer and nothing will happen. As an example the first person I prayed for for healing was healed instantly, and spread the story widely, but many other people I have prayed for have not been healed instantly. Many times God has spoken to me, one time he showed me a person I could marry, and it turned out great we got married. Other times he has revealed to me future events. God does many things for a Christian. But what I am proposing on this post is to offer prayer for any request that you may have. You are as important to God as any of his children, and I can't see why he would not work on your behalf. I am not going to set down any rules for things you can and can't ask, but one thing I will say in advance regarding my experiences, I have had God speak to me in the past but I can't at this point in my life distinguish his voice well enough for you to ask me to get a message from God for you. But if you have any needs, any desires that are unfulfilled feel free to ask. You may also ask for proof from God I don't mind this, but I am not sure how to go about it. One thing that I will say in advance is God does not answer every prayer, even though to the natural mind the answer would be good. There are many things God has not answered for me even though they are good prayers. Just be open minded. Ask what ever you want but don't lock God out if you don't get the answer. So you get some idea of the prayers God has answered for me in the past read http://www.futureandahope.net
You do realize that half of my brain rotted because of your post?

People pray everyday to stop the war, hunger, suffering why didn't god stopped it if he is so good, why does he like to watch hes creation to suffer?

Its no fucking wonder we're still in a recession when the majority put imaginary friends to the test in real life.

Gosh damn...

Maybe that's his goal? Now you are one step closer to Theism.

Ask your god to give me the power to heal anyone just by me touching them and wanting to actually heal them. Also give me the ability to know what is wrong with the other person just by touching them.

When I can do this, I'll get back to you.

Ok, both of those gifts are things God can do, and has done for others. The part about "anyone", at anytime, I have never heard of. Usually God heals some and others remain sick. I have prayed for my self and remained sick, yet healed another instantly. But there is nothing impossible for God. I will pray that God will reveal himself to you in such a way that it leads you into a powerful healing ministry. I will pray he imparts both gifts you have ask for to you.
Hey I love God he is awsome.

I am sorry to hear this. I hope that you find your way back to God, as he really does have your best interests in mind.

Take the following verse:

Gal 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

My life at times, even as a Christian was full of deep sorrow. As an example I could never find a wife, I had some girlfriends but they would always end up dumping me and leaving me heart broken. I felt like God just did not care. One a few occasions I even sinned against God due to the fear, and sorrow. However God was gracious, and told me a person I could marry, the person actually ended up marrying me, and we have a very good relationship. So all my years of sorrow were taken away by God. Like that verse says, if we don't give up eventually we will get the answer to our prayers.
Hey I love God he is awsome.

Pray for proof? None of us have ever thought of that! /sarcasm

God didn't save me from myself. God didn't show me how to share myself with others. God didn't show me how to love myself. I did that. I overcame. I don't need my imagination to help.
