The gun did it, in all likelihood. They're always doing shit like that - the sneaky bastards.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. Amusingly, my grandfather used to tell me to remember that the gun was, for all intents and purposes, a snake. Know what you're gonna do with it before you grab it, and keep the business end pointed at the other guy.
I suppose, in that sense..that guys kid was a natural. He wasn't the one that got shot, now was he.
