As with people such as Stalin, Pol Pot, and Kim Jong Il; they had only taken god out of their countries because they wanted to replace him.

That is the part that theists miss. It isn't godlessness that makes fascism, it is blind loyalty of state or god that does. It takes worship in both cases to create fascism.

Stalin, Pol Pot, etc. were atheists but did not kill in the name of atheism. That sort of retarded indictment would be like condemning dog owners everywhere because Hitler owned a dog. Hitler did not kill in the name of dog ownership.

True, they killed many atheists too. In fact, they killed anyone who were against their dictatorship regime. They removed any potential threats to their power. They didn't kill for atheism, they killed for power. They were very corrupt heartless men. No shred of morality in them.

Before Stalin rose to power he had been an ordained Minister so he learned quite well how worship could get people to follow. With very deadly results unfortunately for people who didn't realize what he did with that blind loyalty oath he inflicted on Russia.
