"In Islam, we try not to have a free intermingling of the sexes. Everything about women is attractive to men," Wahhaj said. "That is why they should cover their heads and bodies."

Because, you know, men can't be expected or obligated to exercise a bit of self-control and restraint around an attractive women. If men are tempted, it's all the woman's fault.

Allow me to predict your response. "He's not a TRUE muslim."

In islam, my allegiance goes to god only. Nobody is my leader.

Then, I didn't say that he's not a true muslim, but I would really like him to present some kind of an evidence on what he's saying.

As far as I can remember, the theme of "mixture between women & men is wrong" didn't evolve until the Wahabi movement had grew.

So, I'm really concerned about what he built his words on.
